Vahe Martirosyan
Having sustained my own fair share of injuries and therapies during decades of being a ballet dancer (Zurich Ballet, Royal Swedish Ballet and Staatsballett Berlin) gave me a different perspective on training and fitness. After helping numerous other dancers next to myself get fit again after injury, the desire to support people with my experience and knowledge, grew within me.
From my time in Australia, I’m a certificate III and IV Fitness qualification holder (corresponding to the European norm B license or higher).
I hold an NSM diploma from IFAA – Fitnessakademie für Aus- & Weiterbildungen and currently I am taking a further education in APM complementary therapy (graduating by the winter of 2023).
In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, the resulting squat boxes et al. you might find (and jump on) at my gym.
Sarah-Jane Brodbeck
Dance and movement are a big part of my everyday life. Over 15 years I danced as a soloist in international ballet companies such as the Zurich Ballet, the Royal Swedish Ballet and the Staatsballett Berlin.
My next life stage after my ballet carrier I dedicate totally to coaching. Topics such as training optimisation, prevention and psychosomatic connections within the body, fascinate me. This is also the reason why I decided to start studying Dance Science at the University of Bern, which I will most likely graduate in autumn 2023 from. Additionally, I am getting my degree as an APM-Therapist. I understand health as a holistic concept which is dependent on various components.
Furthermore, I am the artistic director of Brodbeck & Lips, a freshly founded business, which completely around dance.
