During a personal training, you and your health are the main focus. As your coach I develop a training program, which will make you reach your training goals as fast as possible. Together we work on strength development, condition, mobility, dynamic and functionality. Through the release of endorphins, happy feelings are a given, as nothing creates such a high as pushing your own boundaries.
